Is this the actual bumper? If so, is it universal for Chevy, ford, dodge, etc? Also, does the year matter?

Hello.
This bumper does not mount to the truck.
The bumper mounts to the DMI Quic-Cush'N center section.
The center section the uses a mounting kit which is decided by the truck.
